We begin by understanding your role, the work you do and the cultural situations you may be navigating. This helps us understand where support, reflection or further cultural guidance may be valuable.
Cultural Supervision creates space to slow down, yarn and reflect without judgement. We encourage honest conversations where questions can be explored respectfully and people feel comfortable sharing
their experiences.
Together, we unpack situations and experiences through First Nations perspectives and cultural frameworks. This can help bring a different understanding to relationships, decision-making and the way you work alongside First Nations people and communities.
The aim is not to have all the answers. It is to build greater cultural awareness, confidence and understanding so you can approach your work with more thought, respect and cultural humility.
